Yoko Hayashi (林 陽子, Hayashi Yōko, kelahiran 1956) adalah seorang pengacara Jepang dan mitra dalam Athena Law Office.[1] Ia dulunya adalah anggota pengganti Sub-Komisi Promosi dan Perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa dari 2004 sampai 2006.
