Vlastimil Koubek (lahir 17 Maret 1927 – meninggal 15 Februari 2003 pada umur 75 tahun) adalah seorang arsitek Ceko Amerika yang merancang lebih dari 100 bangunan, kebanyakan berada di kawasan metropolitan Washington, D.C. Saat ia wafat, ia telah merancang bangunan-bangunan senilai lebih dari $1 miliar.[4]
