Dame Shirley Veronica Bassey DBE (lahir 8 Januari 1937) adalah seorang penyanyi asal Britania Raya yang telah terkenal sejak era 1950-an, dan kemudian menjadi fenomena dunia musik pop pada era 1960-an dan 1970-an. Ia merupakan penyanyi lagu tema James Bond resmi sebanyak tiga kali, yaitu dalam Goldfinger (1964), Diamonds Are Forever (1971), dan Moonraker (1979). Sampai saat ini ia telah berhasil menjual album sebanyak 135 juta kopi, dengan 35 hits dalam tangga lagu Inggris. Ia sampai saat ini juga terkenal sebagai salah satu penyanyi legendary Inggris, dan juga merupakan salah satu wanita Inggris Raya paling dikenal sampai saat ini.
