Sergio Fernando Moro (pengucapan bahasa Portugis: [ˈsɛʁʒju ˈmoɾu]; lahir 1 Agustus 1972) adalah seorang yuris, matan hakim federal dan profesor perguruan tinggi Brasil yang menjabat sebagai Menteri Kehakiman dan Keamanan Masyarakat pada pemerintahan presiden Jair Bolsonaro, dari 2019 sampai 2020.[2][3] Pada 2015, ia tersandung skandal Operasi Cuci Mobil (Portugis: Operação Lava Jato), sebuah skandal korupsi dan perampokan tingkat tinggi yang melibatkan para pejabat pemerintahan dan eksekutif bisnis.[4][5]
