Robert Cohen (lahir 12 Maret 1949) merupakan seorang sutradara, produser, dan penulis berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Dia menjadi terkenal saat menyutradarai film utamanya seperti The Witches of Eastwick, The Serpent and the Rainbow, dan The Running Man. Dia dilahirkan di Cornwall, New York. Dia berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1975.
