Rhys Frake-Waterfield (lahir 1991/1992)[1] adalah seorang pembuat film asal Inggris yang dikenal untuk film independen horor tahun 2023 berjudul Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey. Merupakan film teatrikal pertama dalam karirnya, dan juga yang pertama untuk perusahaan produksinya, Jagged Edge Productions.

Pada tahun 2021, Frake-Waterfield meninggalkan pekerjaannya di EDF Energy untuk membuat film horer dengan anggaran yang rendah.[2] Setelah memasuki industri film, dia telah memproduksi 36 film panjang hanya dalam dua tahun.[3]
Pada 1 Januari 2022, buku 1926 Winnie-the-Pooh tahun 1926 memasuki domain publik di Amerika Serikat.[4] Tidak lama setelahnya, Jagged Edge Productions mengumumkan film jagal berdasarkan Winnie-the-Pooh dengan judul Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey, dengan Frake-Waterfield bertindak sebagai sutradara, penulis cerita, dan produser bersama Scott Jeffrey. Banyak kontroversi di masyarakat umum dan penggemar Winnie-the-Pooh, dengan Frake-Waterfield mengklaim bahwa dia dan anggota tim produksi film menerima banyak ancaman pembunuhan[5] dan petisi untuk membuat film ini dibatalkan,[6] namun film tetap dirilis di bioskop Amerika Serikat pada 15 Februari 2023, menerima ulasan yang sangat buruk. Film hanya menghasilkan $US5 juta[7][8] dengan anggaran kurang dari $US100,000.[9] Setelahnya, Frake-Waterfield mengumumkan sekuel untuk Blood and Honey dengan anggaran lima kali lebih besar,[9] juga dengan sebuah jagat film horor berdasarkan Bambi, a Life in the Woods dan Peter Pan.[10][11] Dia juga mengutarakan ketertarikannya membuat film mengenai Thor, Teletubbies, dan Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles di masa depan.[12][13]
Frake-Waterfield juga merupakan pemilik dari Dark Abyss Productions, dimana dia menulis, menyutradarai dan memproduksi film dibawah nama Tyler James (dengan Scott Jeffrey).[14] Film yang dia sutradarai dibawah panji ini termasuk The Loch Ness Horror, Sky Monster, Dinosaur Prison, Deadly Waters dan Monsternado. Film yang dia produksi dibawah panji ini termasuk Three Blind Mice, Mary Had a Little Lamb, Snake Hotel, Alien Invasion, Return of Punch and Judy, dan Medusa's Venom.[15]
