Pemakan biji-bijian Príncipe (Crithagra rufobrunnea) adalah spesies kutilang dalam famili Fringillidae. Itu hanya ditemukan di pulau São Tomé dan Príncipe di lepas pantai barat Afrika.[2] Habitat alaminya adalah hutan kering subtropis atau tropis dan hutan dataran rendah lembab subtropis atau tropis.[1]
Pemakan biji-bijian Príncipe sebelumnya ditempatkan dalam genus Serinus tetapi analisis filogenetik menggunakan urutan DNA mitokondria dan kern menemukan bahwa genus itu polifiletik.[3] Oleh karena itu, genus tersebut terpecah dan sejumlah spesies termasuk pemakan biji-bijian Príncipe dipindahkan ke genus Crithagra yang dibentuk.[4][5]
