Matthew James Shively, Jr. (lahir 15 September 1990)[1][2] adalah aktor asal Amerika Serikat yang paling dikenal karena perannya sebagai Ryan Laserbeam dalam serial televisi Nickelodeon. True Jackson, VP.[3] Dimulai pada Juni 2011, ia mulai tampil dalam serial Nickelodeon The Troop sebagai Kirby.
