Lee Hwi-hyang (lahir 1 Oktober 1960) adalah aktris asal Korea Selatan. Ia bergabung dengan kontes kecantikan Miss MBC pada tahun 1981, dan memulai debut aktingnya pada tahun 1982. Di antara drama televisi Lee yang terkenal antara lain adalah Love and Ambition (1987), Forget Tomorrow (1988), Ambitious Times (1990), dan The Beginning of Happiness (1996).
