Gereja Skotlandia (bahasa Inggris: Church of Scotland, bahasa Scots: The Scots Kirk, bahasa Gaelik Skotlandia: Eaglais na h-Alba) adalah gereja Presbiterian di Skotlandia. Gereja ini dapat ditilik kembali ke masa awal Kekristenan di Skotlandia, namun identitasnya terbentuk selama Reformasi Skotlandia pada tahun 1560.
Menurut Undang-Undang Gereja Skotlandia 1921, gereja ini merupakan gereja nasional Skotlandia.
