General Hospital tayang perdana di ABC pada 1 April 1963. Siaran pada hari yang sama serta episode klasik pernah ditayangkan di SOAPnet dari 20 Januari 2000 sampai jaringan berhenti pada tanggal 31 Desember 2013.
