Forrest Stanley (21 Agustus 1889 – 27 Agustus 1969) adalah seorang aktor dan penulis skenario Amerika yang terkenal karena karyanya dalam film bisu. Ia dikenal karena perannya sebagai Charles Brandon dalam film sejarah When Knighthood Was in Flower (1922) oleh Robert G. Vignola dan Charles Wilder dalam film misteri pembunuhan The Cat and the Canary (1927) yang disutradarai oleh Paul Leni.
