Elvis Presley (dirilis di Inggris sebagai Elvis Presley Rock n' Roll ^[3]) adalah album studio perdananya oleh Elvis Presley. Album ini dirilis dengan label RCA Victor, kualitas mono, nomor katalog LPM 1254, pada bulan Maret 1956. Sesi rekaman berlangsung pada tanggal 10 dan 11 Januari di studio rekaman RCA di Nashville, Tennessee, dan pada tanggal 30 Januari dan 31 Januari di studio RCA di New York. Materi tambahan berasal dari sesi di Sun Studio di Memphis, Tennessee, pada tanggal 5 Juli, 19 Agustus dan 10 September 1954, dan pada 11 Juli 1955.^[4]

Album ini menghabiskan sepuluh minggu di #1 di tangga lagu Billboard Top Pop Albums pada tahun 1956, sekaligus menjadi album rock and roll pertama yang pernah meraih ke puncak tangga lagu,^[5] serta album pertama yang laris terjual untuk aliran ini.^[6] Pada tahun 2003, album ini menduduki peringkat nomor 56 dalam daftar majalah Rolling Stone dari 500 album terbaik sepanjang masa.^[7] Elvis Presley juga salah satu dari tiga album Elvis yang tercatat dalam buku referensi 1001 Album Yang Harus Anda Dengar Sebelum Anda Mati , yang lainnya adalah Elvis Is Back! dan From Elvis in Memphis ^[8] Album ini mendapat sertifikat Emas pada tanggal 1 November 1966 serta Platinum pada 8 Agustus 2011 oleh Recording Industry Association of America.^[9]
