Daisy Jones & the Six adalah miniseri drama musikal Amerika yang dikembangkan oleh Scott Neustadter dan Michael H. Weber, yang diangkat dari novel berjudul sama karya Taylor Jenkins Reid.[3] Serial ini dibintangi oleh Riley Keough (sebagai Daisy)[4] dan Sam Claflin (sebagai Billy). Daisy Jones & the Six bercerita tentang "pembentukan dan kebangitan sebuah band rok di tahun 1970-an dalam kancah musik Los Angeles hingga menjadi salah satu band paling terkenal di dunia dan mengeksplorasi alasan di balik perpecahan mereka saat berada di puncak kesuksesan."[5][6][7][8][9] Serial ini diangkat dari buku karya Taylor Jenkins Reid yang berjudul sama. Sang penulis terinspirasi oleh pengalamannya saat tumbuh dewasa dan oleh pertunjukan Fleetwood Mac di televisi.[10]

Pengembangan serial ini diumumkan pada 25 Juli 2019. Serial ini ditulis oleh Scott Neustadter dan Michael H. Weber, yang berperan sebagai produser eksekutif bersama Reese Witherspoon dan Lauren Neustadter. Taylor Jenkins Reid juga memproduksi serial ini. Perusahaan produksi yang terlibat dalam serial ini adalah Hello Sunshine, Circle of Confusion, dan Amazon Studios.[11]

Pada pertengahan November 2019, diumumkan bahwa Riley Keough dan Camila Morrone telah bergabung sebagai pemeran utama serial ini.[12][13][14] Pada Februari 2020, Sam Claflin, Suki Waterhouse, Nabiyah Be, Will Harrison, Josh Whitehouse, dan Sebastian Chacon bergabung sebagai pemeran serial ini.[15][16][17] Pada Oktober 2021, Tom Wright dan Jacqueline Obrador masing-masing berperan sebagai pemeran utama dan kecil.[18] November berikutnya, Timothy Olyphant bergabung dengan serial ini dalam peran yang kecil.[19]

Singel "Regret Me" dari band fiksi dalam serial tersebut, Daisy Jones & the Six, dirilis pada 25 Januari 2023. Singel kedua "Look at Us Now (Honeycomb)" dirilis pada 15 Februari 2023. Album penuh berjudul Aurora dirilis oleh Atlantic Records pada 1 Maret 2023.[22] Vokal utama album dibawakan oleh Riley Keough dan Sam Claflin. Musik dalam album disusun, dibawakan, dan diproduksi oleh Blake Mills, dengan produksi tambahan oleh Tony Berg yang bekerja sama dengan berbagai musisi seperti Chris Weisman,[23][24] Jackson Browne, Marcus Mumford, dan Phoebe Bridgers.[25][26][27]

Miniseri ini dirilis di Amazon Prime Video pada 3 Maret 2023, dengan tiga episode pertama langsung dirilis bersamaan.[28][29] Episode pertama ditayangkan di bioskop AS hanya untuk satu malam kepada anggota Amazon Prime pada 1 Maret 2023.[30]
