Monique Andrée Serf (9 Juni 1930 – 24 November 1997)[1] adalah seorang penyanyi Prancis. Dia mengambil nama panggungnya, Barbara, dari neneknya, Varvara Brodsky, yang berasal dari Odessa, Kekaisaran Rusia (sekarang Ukraina). Lagunya "L'Aigle noir" terjual 1 juta kopi dalam dua belas jam.[2]
