Abdullahi Ahmed An-Na'im (lahir tahun 1946) adalah seorang cendekiawan Islam kelahiran Sudan yang menetap di Amerika Serikat dan mengajar di Universitas Emory. Dia adalah Profesor Hukum Charles Howard Candler di Sekolah Hukum Universitas Emory, profesor di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Budaya dan Sains Emory, dan anggota senior dari Pusat Studi Hukum dan Agama di Universitas Emory.[1]

Profesor An-Na'im adalah seorang intelektual Islam, ahli hukum hak asasi manusia dan hak asasi manusia dalam perspektif lintas budaya yang diakui secara internasional. Dia mengajar mata kuliah hukum internasional, hukum perbandingan, hak asasi manusia, dan hukum Islam. Minat penelitiannya meliputi konstitusionalisme di negara-negara Islam dan Afrika, sekularisme, serta Islam dan politik. Profesor An-Na'im sering membimbing penelitian yang berfokus pada strategi advokasi untuk reformasi melalui transformasi budaya secara internal:
