Halo, peserta kompetisi JumadilM dan Wahyudinnur16ft. Menurut saya, subjudul di bawah "Kegunaan" terlalu banyak. Secara umum, fungsi PCR adalah untuk mendeteksi keberadaan dan memperbanyak segmen DNA tertentu. Contoh penerapan: mendeteksi keberadaan patogen untuk keperluan diagnostik (cukup satu subjudul saja; tidak perlu beda penyakit, beda subjudul). Kalau mau membuat subjudul "kegunaan" lain, misalnya pembuatan profil DNA untuk mengetahui hubungan kekerabatan. Sekadar saran, lebih baik mengambil sumber dari buku teks yang komprehensif daripada mengambil sedikit-sedikit dari banyak jurnal. — RianHS (bicara) 23 Maret 2021 14.02 (UTC)
