Mengacu dari IGBT

Saya masuk dan mengacu dari IGBT disitu tertulis:

Transistor IGBT (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor) adalah piranti semikonduktor yang setara dengan gabungan sebuah transistor bipolar (BJT) dan sebuah transistor efek medan (MOSFET).

Sedangkan MOSFET sebelumnya tidak ada, disini sepertinya dobel, berarti ada kesalahan pengertian di bagian artikel IGBT.

Seharusnya yang tertulis:

...yang setara dengan gabungan sebuah transistor bipolar (BJT) dan sebuah transistor efek medan dan juga MOSFET.

Tidak masalah jika artikel transistor efek medan di kembalikan. Btw Thx Bro... ^_^ Yudiweb 16:12, 8 Maret 2006 (UTC)

Ada yang ahli elektro nggak??? Kalau ada, mohon hubungi saya, masak saya ngobrak-abrik kategori elektronika sendirian?? Btw, MOSFET dan FET itu berbeda, MOSFET hanyalah salah satu anggota dari keluarga FET.
