Hamse Abdouh (atau Hamza Abdu, bahasa Arab: حمزة عبده; lahir 1 Januari 1991; umur 22 tahun)[1][2] adalah perenang asal Palestina. Ia mewakili Palestina dalam Olimpiade musim panas di Beijing pada tahun 2008.
