Ushishir (bahasa Rusia: Ушишир; Jepang: 宇志知島; Ushishiru-tō; Ainu: ウシシㇼ) adalah pulau vulkanik tak berpenghuni yang terletak di pusat rantai Kepulauan Kuril di Laut Okhotsk di bagian barat laut Smudra Pasifik. Namanya berasal dari Bahasa Ainu yang artinya "air panas".
