My name is Elisio mariano Fraga Freitas, I'm Timorense, 27 years old, living in Dili,Timor Leste. During a few years I lived in the town of Surabaya, Indonesia, country I adopted as my second homeland when i was adoring my study .

I have a graduation in History and a Bachelor degree in Computer since. After a short experience in telecommunication and IT technician, I went to open my own company to support country development in technology sector. For the last two years, I've been involved in project manager during installation for security camera for PNTL.

My interests include history, geography, and traveling. I collect coins and am especially fond of hiking and photography.

I edit at the since June 2012, on a more effective way and as a registered member, although my cooperation dates back more than one years, anonymously and on a non-regular basis. Recently I was deeply involved in the process of creating the project planing for ICT and love to learn and read articles form Wikipedia in Tetum version. Tetum is the co-official language of East Timor.
