Sderot (Ibrani: שְׂדֵרוֹת, pengucapan bahasa Ibrani: [sdeˈʁot]) adalah sebuah kota di bagian barat Negev, Distrik Selatan, Israel. Menurut Israel Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), pada akhir 2011, kota tersebut memiliki penduduk sebesar 24,000 jiwa.[1] Kota tersebut telah menjadi target serangan roket Qassam dari Jalur Gaza sejak 2001.
