Laodike II (bahasa Yunani Kuno: Λαοδίκη, translit. Laodíkē; hidup pada abad ke-3 SM), merupakan istri Seleukos II.[1] Menurut pernyataan kilat Polibios, ia adalah saudari Andromakhos.[2] Laodika II dan Seleukos II memiliki keturunan: Antiochis, Seleukos III Keraunos dan Antiokhos yang Agung.[3][1]
