Kejuaraan Remaja U-19 AFF 2015 adalah edisi ke-12 dari turnamen yang digelar di Laos untuk pertama kalinya antara Agustus 22-4 September 2015. Pada awalnya akan dimainkan di Indonesia tetapi mereka dihentikan oleh FIFA Mei 2015. .

Semua dua belas asosiasi anggota Federasi Sepak Bola ASEAN yang ditetapkan untuk ambil bagian dalam turnamen yang menampilkan tiga kelompok dari empat tim, tetapi dengan suspensi Indonesia, mereka dihilangkan dan dikembalikan ke AFF dua kelompok menampilkan enam dan lima tim.

Kelompok berikut diambil pada pertemuan Dewan AFF 15 di Singapura pada 16 Juni 2015.
