Pulau Gotland adalah pulau terbesar di Swedia dan Laut Baltik. Dengan luas 3.140 km², pulau ini meliputi 0,8% dari luas Swedia. Penduduk di pulau ini 57.600 (jumlah 2004), dengan kira-kira 22.600 tinggal di kota Visby. Sumber penghasilan utama di pulau ini adalah dari pariwisata dan pertanian.
Pulau ini membentuk provinsi atau Landskap tersendiri di Swedia yang di dalamnya juga meliputi pulau Fårö dan Goska Sandön di utara, serta Pulau Karlsö di barat.
