Lusius Mestrius Plutarkhus (bahasa Latin: Lucius Mestrius Plutarchus, Yunani: Μέστριος Πλούταρχος; c. 46 – 120 — umumnya disebut Plutarkhus — adalah sejarawan, pembuat biografi, pembuat esai Romawi dengan etnis Yunani. Plutarkhus lahir pada keluarga yang penting di Chaeronea, Boeotia, kota yang terletak sekitar 20 mil sebelah timur Delphi. Karyanya meliputi Parallel Lives dan Moralia.
