Ciudad del Este adalah ibukota departemen Alto Paraná, Paraguay. Kota ini terletak di tepi sungai Paraná pada 25°25′S 54°38′W / 25.42°S 54.63°W. Kota ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebesar 320.782 jiwa pada tahun 2008.[1]
Didirikan tahun 1957, kota ini awalnya disebut sebagai Puerto Flor de Lis, lalu Puerto Presidente Stroessner.
