Caffè Umbria adalah sebuah jaringan pemanggang dan kedai kopi yang berpusat di Seattle.
Sejarah[sunting | sunting sumber]
Pada tahun 1948, Ornello Bizzarri memulai bisnis pemanggangan kopi di Perugia.[1] In 1986 his son Umberto brought the tradition and family business to Seattle, starting the company Torrefazione Italia.[1] Tahun 2003, Starbucks membeli Torrefazione Italia dan Seattle's Best Coffee.[2] Mendengar jaringan bisnis keluarganya segera tutup, Emanuele Bizzarri, putra Umberto, mendirikan Caffè Umbria pada tahun 2002.[3]
Kedai utamanya terletak di lahan bekas kedai utama Torrefazione.[4]
