Pabrik (dari bahasa Belanda: fabriek) adalah suatu bangunan industri besar di mana para pekerja mengolah benda atau mengawasi pemrosesan mesin dari satu produk menjadi produk lain, sehingga mendapatkan nilai tambah. Kebanyakan pabrik modern memiliki gudang atau fasilitas serupa yang besar yang berisi peralatan berat yang digunakan untuk lini perakitan. Pabrik mengumpulkan dan mengkonsentrasikan sumber daya: pekerja, modal, dan mesin industri. Beberapa contoh pabrik adalah pabrik minyak, pabrik tas, dan pabrik gula.
