Kronologi Ussher adalah kronologi sejarah dunia yang berdasar pada kitab suci. Kronologi ini dibuat oleh James Ussher, kepala uskup Anglikan Armagh (kini Irlandia Utara), pada abad ke-17.

Karya Ussher, yang lebih dikenal sebagai Annales veteris testamenti, a prima mundi origine deducti, menyatakan bahwa hari pertama penciptaan dimulai pada haru Minggu, 23 Oktober 4004 SM. Ia memperkirakan tanggal tersebut berdasarkan kitab suci. Berikut adalah beberapa perkiraannya:

• 4004 SM - Penciptaan
• 2348 SM - Air bah Nuh
• 1921 SM - Panggilan Tuhan kepada Abraham
• 1491 SM - Bangsa Israel meninggalkan Mesir
• 1012 SM - Pendirian Kuil Yerusalem
• 586 SM - Babilonia menghancurkan Yerusalem, pembuangan Israel di Babilonia dimulai
• 5 SM - Kelahiran Yesus
