Gouda (pelafalan dalam bahasa Belanda: [ˈɣʌu̯daˑ] ^ⓘ; populasi 70,828 pada 2009) adalah sebuah gemeente Belanda yang terletak di provinsi Zuid Holland. Pada tahun 2003 daerah ini memiliki penduduk sebesar 71.799 jiwa. Gouda terkenal dengan kejunya yang terkenal karena rasanya yang khas dan bentuknya yang bulat lucu. Dalam bahasa Belanda keju ini disebut Goudse Kaas atau keju Gouda.
