Afrika Timur Jerman (bahasa Jerman: Deutsch-Ostafrika) adalah koloni Jerman di Afrika Timur, yang meliputi Burundi, Rwanda dan Tanganyika (Tanzania) modern. Afrika Timur Jerman memiliki luas sebesar 994.996 km², tiga kali lebih besar daripada wilayah Jerman modern. Afrika Timur Jerman didirikan pada tahun 1880-an dan berakhir selama Perang Dunia I, ketika wilayah Afrika Timur Jerman direbut oleh Britania Raya dan Belgia, dan nantinya sebagai teritori mandat Liga Bangsa-Bangsa.
