Partai Komunis Afrika Selatan adalah sebuah partai komunis di Afrika Selatan. Partai tersebut didirikan pada 1921, dideklarasikan ilegal pada 1950, dan ikut dalam perjuangan melawan apartheid. Partai tersebut merupakan mitra dari Aliansi Tripartit dengan Kongres Nasional Afrika dan Kongres Serikat Dagang Afrika Selatan melalui pengaruhnya pada pemerintah Afrika Selatan.
