Jef Raskin (9 Maret 1943 — 26 Februari 2005) adalah pakar antarmuka manusia-komputer Amerika Serikat yang bergabung di Apple Computer Inc. pada 1978 sebagai karyawan ke-31. Berperan penting dalam pengembangan Macintosh yang kemudian menjadi produk yang memberi identitas khusus bagi Apple, Raskin keluar sebelum produk tersebut dipasarkan.
Ia didiagnosis terkena kanker pankreas pada Desember 2004 dan meninggal di Pacifica, California tanggal 26 Februari 2005 pada usia 61 tahun.
