Ioan Gruffudd (lahir 6 Oktober 1973) merupakan seorang aktor berkebangsaan Wales. Dia menjadi terkenal saat bermain di film utamanya seperti King Arthur (2004). Dia dilahirkan di Llwydcoed. Dia berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1986.
