Hiromasa Yonebayashi (米林 宏昌, Yonebayashi Hiromasa, kelahiran tahun 1973 di Nonoichi, Ishikawa, Jepang),[1] berjuluk Maro, adalah seorang animator dan sutradara Jepang untuk Studio Ghibli. Setelah debut penyutradaraannya dengan Studio Ghibli (The Secret World of Arrietty), ia menjadi sutradara termuda dari sebuah film teatrikal yang diproduksi oleh studio tersebut.[2] Ia dinominasikan untuk Film Animasi Terbaik (Oscar) pada tahun 2015 untuk film keduanya, When Marnie Was There.
Ia belajar di Kolese Seni Rupa Kanazawa, dimana ia mengambil jurusan rancangan komersial.[1]
