Hidalgo (pengucapan bahasa Spanyol: [iˈðalɣo]) merupakan sebuah nnegara bagian di Meksiko yang memiliki luas wilayah 20.813 km² dan populasi 2.235.591 jiwa (2005). Ibu kotanya ialah Pachuca.
