Boris Karloff ({23 November 1887 – 2 Februari 1969) merupakan seorang aktor berkebangsaan Inggris. Dia menjadi yang terkenal saat bermain di film utama seperti Frankenstein pada tahun 1930. Berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1909.
