Allopregnanolon (bahasa Inggris: Allopregnanolone, 3α-hydroxy-5α-pregnan-20-one, 3α,5α-tetrahydroprogesterone, THP, ALLO) merupakan neurosteroid yang mengikat pencerap GABA. ALLO disintesis di dalam otak oleh neuron piramidal[1] dari progesteron dengan bantuan enzim 5alfa-reduktase tipe I dan 3alfa-hidroksisteroid dehidrogenase.[2]
