Kusu-tanah garis timur ( Microperoryctes ornata ) adalah spesies marsupial dalam keluarga Peramelidae . Ia dijumpai di timur Papua Nugini di Wilayah Enga . Hewan ini endemik di habitat hutan pegunungan dengan ketinggian berkisar antara 1.000 – 3.600 m.[3] Kusu-tanah garis timur adalah omnivora terestrial .
Sebelumnya ia terdaftar sebagai subspesies dari Microperoryctes longicauda .[4]

Kusu-tanah garis timur memiliki panjang ekor 17,4 cm hingga 19,8 cm.
