Kapal induk kelas Invincible

HMS Ocean bukanlah kelas Invincible, namun memiliki bentuk lambung kapal berdasarkan kelas Invincible.

Kelas Invincible adalah kelas kapal induk ringan dioperasikan oleh Royal Navy. Tiga buah kapal telah dibangun, HMS Invincible, HMS Illustrious dan HMS Ark Royal. Kapal tersebut dibangun sebagai platform aviation-capable anti-submarine warfare (ASW) untuk melawan ancaman kapal selam Perang Dingin Atlantik Utara Soviet, dan awalnya dimulai dengan pesawat Sea Harrier dan helikopter anti-kapal selam Sea King HAS.1.

Tiga kapal telah aktif di sejumlah lokasi, termasuk Atlantik Selatan selama Perang Falklands, Adriatik selama Perang Bosnia, dan di Timur Tengah pada Invasi Irak 2003.
