Justice League: Sunset of the Gods, is a new fan project motion comic inspired from the Snyderverse and is a continuation of the 2021 American superhero film Zack Snyder’s Justice League. It’s an original story that is based on the original plans for the original DCEU that Zack Snyder has made from 2014-2015. Justice League: Sunset of the Gods follows the DC Comics Justice League—Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, Aquaman, and the Flash—after the events of the first Justice League movie, they must reunite again to face the Legion of Doom.

After the release of the “Snyder Cut”, many fans expressed interest in a continuation for the infamous Snyderverse. A DCEU universe where Zack Snyder had originally planned with movies such as, Man of Steel 2, Ben Affleck’s The Batman, Atom, Suicide Squad Ayer Cut, New Gods, Justice League 2, Justice League 3, etc. However, Warner Bros. decided not to move ahead with it.
