Harry Lloyd (lahir 17 November 1983; umur 29 tahun) adalah aktor asal Inggris. Ia bermain sebagai Will Scarlet dalam musim pertama dari dua musim drama BBC Robin Hood yang dimulai pada tahun 2006. Saat ini ia paling dikenal karena berperan dalam Game of Thrones 2011 sebagai Viserys Targaryen.
