Guillaume I dari Blois (skt. 1137 – 11 Oktober 1159) merupakan seorang Comte Boulogne (1153–1159) dan Earl Surrey jure uxoris (1153–1159). Ia adalah putra kedua Raja Stephen dari Inggris dan Mathilde I, Comtesse Boulogne.[1]
