Santa Gertrude yang Agung atau Santa Gertrude (bahasa Italia: Santa Geltrude; lahir di Eisleben, Thuringia, Kekaisaran Suci Romawi, 6 Januari 1256 – meninggal di Helfta, Sachsen, 17 November 1302 pada umur 46 tahun) adalah penulis mistik dan Benedictine Jerman. Ia dianggap sebagai santa oleh Gereja Katolik Roma. St Gertrude meninggal di Helfta, dekat Eisleben, Sachsen, 17 November 1302.
