Body of Proof adalah sebuah drama televisi bertema medis yang disiarkan oleh ABC sejak 29 Maret 2011 sampai 28 Mei 2013. Dana Delany berperan sebagai pemeriksa medis dr. Megan Hunt. Seri drama ini dibuat oleh Christopher Murphey yang diproduksi oleh ABC Studios.[1] Drama ini berhenti tayang setelah tiga musim.[2]
Gambaran singkat[sunting | sunting sumber]
Drama ini menampilkan Dana Delany sebagai dr. Megan Hunt sebagai pemeriksa koroner. Drama ini berfokus pada usaha dr. Hunt untuk mengharmoniskan kehidupan kariernya yang terlibat dengan penyelesaian kasus dan memeriksa mayat, dengan kehidupan pribadinya sebagai seorang ibu bagi seorang anaknya.[3] Sebelumnya, dr. Hunt adalah seorang ahli bedah saraf. Setelah peristiwa saat mengoperasi pasien yang berakhir pada kematian pasien tersebut, dia berhenti sebagai dokter bedah saraf dan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan itu. Latar drama ini berada di Philadelphia, namun musim pertama drama ini difilmkan di Providence, Rhode Island[4] dan beberapa episode lainnya difilmkan di Woonsocket dan Warwick, Rhode Island. Sebelumnya, judul drama ini adalah Body of Evidence.
