Isaac "Biz" Stone[1] (lahir 10 Maret 1974)[2] adalah pendiri pendamping dan Direktur Kreatif Twitter, Inc. dan juga membantu menciptakan dan meluncurkan Xanga, Blogger, Odeo, dan Obvious. Ia telah menerbitkan dua buku tentang blog, Blogging: Genius Strategies for Instant Web Content (New Riders, 2002) dan Who Let The Blogs Out? (St Martins, 2004).[3] Jack Dorsey dan Stone menulis purwarupa Twitter dalam waktu dua minggu.[4] Stone adalah penduduk Berkeley, California.[5] Ia lulus dari Wellesley High School di Wellesley, Massachusetts. [6] Stone adalah seorang vegetarian.[7] Tahun 2010, ia muncul dalam iklan Stoli Vodka ketika ia diperlihatkan sedang berbincang-bincang dengan dirinya sendiri.
