William Etty (10 Maret 1787 – 13 November 1849) merupakan seorang pelukis asal Inggris, yang karyanya hampir tidak dikenal.[1] Walaupun demikian, pada tahun 1820, karyanya Coral Finders berhasil merebut perhatian masyarakat luas.[1]

Pada tahun 1828, ia dipilih menjadi seorang akademisi. Karya-karyanya yang terkenal antara lain Deliverance of a Bethulia by Judith, Benaiah, One of David's Mighty Men, dan Women Interceding for the Vanquished.[1] Seluruh karya tersebut disimpan di Galeri Nasional Skotlandia.[1]
