Djunijanti Peggie (lahir 7 Juni 1965) adalah seorang entomologis yang mengkhususkan diri dalam Lepidoptera dari Indonesia. Ia adalah peneliti dan korator Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI).[1] Peggie adalah orang Indonesia pertama yang menjadi peneliti kupu-kupu dan penulis buku-buku tentang kupu-kupu.[2] Ia dianggap merupakan puan kajian kupu-kupu Indonesia.[3]
