Pembelian Sursock terhadap Lembah Jezreel dan Teluk Haifa, serta belahan Mandat Palestina lainnya, adalah pembelian lahan Yahudi di Palestina terbesar pada periode imigrasi Yahudi awal.[1][2] Lembah Jezreel dianggap sebagai wilayah paling subur di Palestina.[3]
